Who we are

The D.A.Y Project, short for Discourse on Adolescent & Youth Health, provides educational resources on prevalent illnesses and disorders in Northern Manhattan. Our goal is to deliver easily understandable information on common health issues affecting adolescents and young people in this area. With clear and concise explanations, and fostering a comprehensive understanding of these health issues, the project seeks to empower adolescents and their families with knowledge about symptoms, preventive measures, and effective treatments. Through community workshops, informative sessions, and accessible resources, The D.A.Y. Project aspires to create a well-informed community capable of addressing health challenges proactively. Our goal is to ensure that every young individual in northern Manhattan has the tools and support they need to lead healthy, fulfilling lives.
